You can access your invoices in one of two ways:
‍
1. Click the “Update Billing / View Past Invoices” link in your invoice email.
‍
2. Email Billing@servantkeeper.com to request a secure link to your billing portal.

If you’re not receiving your invoices, try the steps below:

1. Add Billing@servantkeeper.com to your email contacts.

2. Check your spam or junk folder, then mark the address as safe/whitelisted.

3. Use the “Update Billing / View Past Invoices” link from a previous invoice email to access your billing portal.

You have two options:

1. Use the “Update Billing / View Past Invoices” link in your invoice email.

2. Go to Billing Information to enter your Account ID and Account Email, and we’ll send you a secure link to manage your billing account.

We accept:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express (AMEX)
• ACH (bank account) payments

You may choose:
• Monthly billing
• Annual billing (includes one month free)

You can update your account information in either of these ways:
‍
• Go to Account Information, enter your Account ID and Account Email, and click Get Account Info.
             • You’ll receive an email with your current account details.
             •  Reply to that email with the updates you’d like us to make.

• Email your updates directly to Admin@servantkeeper.com.

We’ve recently moved older plans into one of our updated all-in-one plans.

These plans include:

• Unlimited data
• Unlimited support
• Additional features depending on the plan level

You can review full plan details here on the pricing page. A notification email was sent before your plan was updated. If you have questions or would like to explore a different plan, please email Billing@servantkeeper.com.

To request cancellation, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Cancellation Request Survey.
2. Select your preferred subscription end date in the survey.
3. Submit the survey.

Once we receive your completed survey:
1. Your subscription will end on the date you selected.
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the billing email address on your account.
3. Your database will be deactivated on that date, with the option to extend access if needed.

Note: No cancellation action is taken until we receive your completed survey.
