What are your Billing Service Hours?
Our regular business hours are:

Monday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST)

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
How can I get a copy of a recent invoice?
Why am I not receiving my monthly invoice emails?

What is your refund policy?
1.  Existing Customers:
Servant Keeper will issue a full refund of the most recent subscription payment if your subscription is canceled by submitting the Cancellation Request Survey within:  
• 7 days of the renewal date for monthly subscriptions  
• 30 days of the renewal date for annual subscriptions
 
2.  New Customers:
May request a full refund for any product by submitting the Cancellation Request Survey within 30 days of the initial purchase date. A "new customer" is defined as an organization that has not previously held a paid Servant Keeper subscription.

Refunds apply only to the most recent billing period and are not prorated.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This policy applies except where a different refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
