Open Administration Manager and click the Tools Menu.  Choose the Grade School Promotion option.  In this screen you will be able to choose All Grades or just one school grade to promote.  Click the Start Promotion Button to promote your classes.  This function can only be ran once a school year.  Servant Keeper's school year starts on July 1st and ends on June 30th.
