I am new to SK and really could use some help...tech seems to only give click this button..open that menu help...I need to know the bigger picture on how to start up the new year...how do I enter Pledges for 2010...all I know is previous pledges were entered in 1 of 3 pledge accounts labeled '09 General Fund, '09 Building Fund, etc. then toward the end of the year, she "merged" the pledge accounts w/ something...do I just set up a new pledge acct for each year? ex: 2010 Gen'l Fund, 2010 Building Fund?...help
Yes you can set up a new pledge account for each year and add your pledgers to that account. So for this year you can create an account called "General Fund 2010" and have your start date 01/01/2010 and the end date 12/31/2010.
