There are a few important things to know about the formatted fields in Servant Keeper. Any date field in the program can NOT be copied and pasted into another field. The reason for this is because it has a special format that requires you to manually type the information in. If you do copy and paste another field such as the "email" field or an item from a blue drop down field, be sure to hit the "tab" key or "enter" key to verify the pasted information takes.
